CTB provided full Project Management / Contract Administration for structural repairs and external refurbishment works to Bedford Chambers, a Grade II listed period property located in the heart of Leeds. The project involved careful planning and coordination to preserve the building’s historic architectural features while addressing structural issues and modernizing external finishes. Delivered on time and within the £300K budget, the project revitalized Bedford Chambers’ facade, enhanced its structural integrity, and reinforced its status as an iconic landmark within the city centre.
