CTB were appointed to provide full Project Management / Contract Administration services for the works, with a contract value of £1m which was completed in the Spring of 2012. The success of the scheme has bee reflected by the letting of 3 of the 4 units available to retailers such as Jack Wolfskin, Café Nero and Sainsburys.
