CTB expertly designed, procured, and managed the complete CAT A office fit-out at Brewery Place, Leeds, overseeing the project from initial conception through to successful completion. The project involved coordinating with multiple contractors and suppliers, ensuring all works were delivered on time and within the allocated £350k budget. Close attention was given to quality control, compliance with building regulations, and minimising disruption, resulting in a fully prepared space ready for the tenant to move in and implement their bespoke fit-out.
