Following the successful completion of the phase 1 distribution facility on the adjacent site, CTB were retained as Employer's Agent for the development of the Phase 2 facility as part of the Clients continued expansion. The development consists of 70,000sq ft. of high specification office accommodation with a further 40,000 sq ft high bay distribution warehouse facilities. Contract value of £6.5 million, the project is due for completion in 2013.
