Lingfield (Catterick) Ltd, a joint venture between Keir Property and Lingfield Securities, appointed CTB to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for their new mixed use retail and leisure scheme within Catterick, North Yorkshire. The scheme which was recently completed was officially opened by the Duchess of Gloucter. \nThe scheme, with a project value of £25m, provides a total of 150,000ft2 of new retail and leisure facilities within Catterick Garrison town centre, which includes a five screen cinema, a 60 bed hotel, cafes and restaurants.
