CTB was appointed to provide full project management services for the complete internal and external refurbishment of the Patek Philippe Boutique in Leeds. The project encompassed careful coordination of high-end finishes, bespoke fixtures, and luxury fit-out elements to ensure the retail environment reflected the prestige of the brand. Our role included managing contractors, overseeing procurement, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring the project was delivered on time and to the exacting standards expected by Berry's Jewellers.
