With an ever increasing and expanding business, Simpson Packaging are relocating to a new premises totalling 32,200 sq ft of purpose built office and warehouse space upon Milner Way, Ossett. The development by Gregory Property Group will see three buildings constructed with Simpsons agreeing terms to acquire the largest of the 3 units. CTB were appointed to provide a project monitoring role advising both Simpsons and their financers during the construction phase and have recently been retained to provide Simpsons Packaging full Contract Administration services to manage their bespoke fit out, ahead of their intended move scheduled for Autumn of this year.
