Appointed by the Graham Trust, works have just recently been completed on the conversion of this Grade II listed former licenced premises to provide a mixed use scheme including 22 apartments upon the upper floors together with ground floor office and retail accommodation. CTB were appointed to provide Project Management / Contract Administration services for the project which had an overall value of £2.5m. Given the property’s listed status, close liaison with the local Conservation and Planning Officers was key to ensure that the original character of the buildings were retained, whilst at the same time ensuring the new residential accommodation complied with the latest initiatives in terms of energy efficiency.
